Tillman was processed and charged with one count of felony possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance (Ecstasy), one count of felony possession with intent to sell and deliver Methylphenidate, two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine, one count of misdemeanor possession of Marijuana, two counts of felony maintaining a dwelling used for the storage and sales of illegal controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of an illegal controlled substance within 1000ft of a school.
Walters was processed and charged with one count of felony possession of methamphetamine, one count of misdemeanor possession of Marijuana, one count of felony maintaining a dwelling used for the storage and sales of illegal controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of possession of an illegal controlled substance within 1000ft of a school. Walters also received two additional charges when Walters attempted to hide on his person and enter the Lee County jail with 1.3 grams of Heroin. Walters was processed and charged with one count of felony possession of Heroin, and one count of felony possession of an illegal controlled substance within a detention facility. Tillman was jailed under a $50,000.00 secured bond and Walters was jailed under a $40,000.00 secured bond.
