Fruits Cruz (31) of 208 Makepeace St. Sanford was charged w/ statutory sex
offence w/ a child under 15, second degree sexual exploitation of a minor; he
was held under an additional $250,000 secured bond.
Cruz was arrested on May 22, 2018 for picking up a 15 year old female from Lee County High School.
These additional charges stem from a search of Cruz’s cell phone.
