Judd was arrested during the course of a traffic stop on Main Street, in the town of Broadway. Agents discovered that Judd was in possession of approximately 530 grams of marijuana, found concealed inside of an unopened child safety seat box.
Agents were able to determine that Judd had just recently received the parcel by mail. Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents transported Allen Junior Judd to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for processing and charges.
Allen Junior Judd was charged with one count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, one count of felony maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of storing and selling a controlled substance, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Allen Junior Judd was jailed under a $10,000.00 unsecured bond.
