Three Arrested For 1,120 Grams of Cocaine

On Saturday September 7th, 2019, at approximately 2:45 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Narbel Garcia Sanchez, age 35, of 421 Goldsboro Avenue, Sanford, Jamie Rojas Mendoza, age 46, of 421 Goldsboro Avenue, Sanford, and Braelee Santana, age 26, of 3815 Smith Creek Court, Buford, Georgia. Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents executed a search warrant on the property located at 421 Goldsboro Avenue and in the course of the investigation located 1,120 grams of cocaine.

All three subjects were transported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for processing.

Braelee Santana was charged and processed for 1 count of trafficking cocaine by transportation, one count of trafficking cocaine by possession, one count of trafficking cocaine by delivery, one count of felony maintaining a motor vehicle for the purpose of storing and selling illegal controlled substance, one count of carrying a concealed firearm, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both Jamie Rojas Mendoza and Narbel Garcia Sanchez were processed and charged with one count of conspiracy to traffic cocaine. Braelee Santana was jailed in the Lee County Jail under a $150,000.00 secured bond, while both Sanchez and Mendoza received $50,000.00 secured bonds.

The cocaine seized during this investigation has an estimated street value of $200,000.00 dollars.
