Sanford Man Arrested; Charged with 12 counts of Sexual Exploitation

2/6/2020 Francisco Morales (27) of 306 Frazier Dr. Sanford NC was arrested and charged with 12 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. These charges allege Morales of distributing child pornography between November 13-20, 2019.

He was held under $250,000 secured bond. This was a joint investigation w/ NC SBI ICAC unit. This is an ongoing investigation.
