Stephanie Goins Lucas, 39, of 118 Adahane Ln, Olivia, was arrested on 2-18-2010 for trafficking opium and "doctor shopping". Lucas was the last person being sought in “Operation Bad Medicine”, an investigation into illegal prescription pill distribution. Lucas was placed in the Lee County Jail under $400,000.00 secured bond after she was located by a member of the Sanford Police Departments Tactical Narcotics Team.
Sidney Bernard Jennings, 26, of 192 Middlewood Road, Cameron, was arrested on 2-18-2010 for possession with intent to sell and deliver Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. After his arrest, it was also discovered that he was an absconder from Probation and Parole. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $100,000.00 secured bond.
