Agents Execute Search Warrant, Arrest One

On Thursday March 10^th 2016 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents executed a search warrant for drugs on a residence located at 1110 Ray Avenue Sanford. Once inside the residence agents located and detained Clarence Richardson.

During the course of the search agents located and seized 80 dosage units of Percocet 10 milligram prescription pills, 3 dosage units of Percocet 5 milligram prescription pills, and 1 dosage unit of Xanax prescription medication, 3 dosage units of Nuvigil, and 4.5 grams of Marijuana.

Clarence Richardson, age 31, a resident of 1110 Ray Avenue Sanford, was arrested and charged with 1 count of trafficking Opium (Percocet), 2 counts of possession with the intent to manufacture sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for the storage and sells of illegal controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Richardson was processed and jailed under a $135,000.00 secured bond.
