Narcotics agents arrested Rasheed Marquese Gillard age 25 of 55 Bargin Lane
Sanford NC, 27330 and Jontrell Orlando Wilson age 21 of 3609 Renee Drive
Sanford NC, 27330.
Gillard was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Heroin, two counts of sell Heroin, and two counts of felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage and sells of illegal controlled substances. Gillard was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.

Wilson |
Wilson was charged with one count of sell Heroin, one count of
simple possession of Marijuana, and one count of felony maintain a vehicle for
the storage and sell of illegal controlled substances. Wilson was jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
Wilson at the time of his arrest is serving a suspended
sentence of 14 to 26 months active time and currently serving that sentence on
probation for 36 months. This sentence was put into place on October the 26th
of 2015. Since then Wilson was arrested by Lee County Sheriff’s Office
Narcotics agents on December 15th 2015 for 3 counts of possession
the intent to manufacture and sell a schedule II controlled substance (CRACK)
Cocaine, 3 counts of sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance
(CRACK) Cocaine, 3 counts of maintaining a vehicle for the storage and sells of
an illegal controlled substance, and 3 counts of misdemeanor possession of drug
paraphernalia. Wilson is currently awaiting trial on the December charges and
wearing an electronic curfew device issued by North Carolina Probation and
Parole and was at the time of his most current arrest. Wilson made bond the
same day and is out on the current charges.
