Broadway Man Arrested for Drugs
On Tuesday June 7th 2016 Lee County Sheriff’s
Office Narcotics agents arrested Jonathan Richard Rosser age 23 of 906 Burgess
Circle Broadway. Rosser was charged 1 count of felony possession with the
intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV substance namely 36 (Xanax), 1 count
of misdemeanor possession of Marijuana, 1 count of felony maintaining a
dwelling place for the storage and sales of illegal controlled substances, and
1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Rosser was jailed
under a $10,000.00 bond.
