On Tuesday, January 14, 2020, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Dylan Bear Pate age 33, of 3230 Kendale Drive, Sanford. During the course of an investigative traffic stop, agents discovered Pate was in possession of one tenth of a gram of heroin, and one gram of crystal methamphetamine. Agents transported Pate to the Lee County Sheriff’s for processing.
Pate was processed and charged with one count of felony possession of heroin, one count of felony possession of methamphetamine, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dylan Bear Pate was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
