Perez was processed and charged by agents with one count of felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance namely 5 dosage units of Oxycodone, one count of felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, namely 35 dosage units of Xanax and one count of felony maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of storing and selling a controlled substance.
Perez was released under a $15,000.00 unsecured bond.
