Sanford Man and Woman Arrested for Drugs

On Friday January 31, 2020, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Dylan Bear Pate, age 33, of 3230 Kendale Drive, Sanford, and Kristin Gray Poe, age 34, of 1041 Greystone Circle, Sanford. In the course of an investigation, agents discovered that both Dylan and Kristin were in possession of 1.7 grams of crystal methamphetamine. 

Both Dylan and Kristin were transported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Agents charged Dylan Pate with one count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver crystal methamphetamine, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Kristin Poe was processed and charged with one count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver crystal methamphetamine, one count of felony maintaining a vehicle used for the storage and sells of an illegal controlled substance, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Dylan Pate and Kristin Pope were both jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond. 

Agents also served and outstanding order for arrest on Dylan Pate for a previous possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia charge Pate had failed to appear in Lee County court division.
