A Sanford man and a Carthage man, who were arrested on Sunday the 16th in Laurinburg NC for armed robbery, have confessed to an armed robbery of Don’s Value Mart located at 4971 Edwards Rd on 9/22/08.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office has sent warrants to the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office for conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, 2nd degree kidnapping and possession of stolen goods on Michael Anthony Leslie (38) B/M of 137 Charlie Ln, Carthage NC and Jeremy Donaldson Ross (29) of 1629 Lower Moncure Rd. Sanford. They both are being held under over 1million dollars for other robberies around the state.
