SPD Finds Mobile Meth Lab

Kudos to the drug agents with the Sanford Police Department who arrested a man Monday after finding a mobile methamphetamine laboratory in his vehicle. Francis Keith Godfrey, 29, of 8317 Sheriff Watson Road was charged Monday with manufacturing methamphetamine and two counts of possession. Godfrey was stopped Monday near Horton Park on Washington Avenue by a patrol officer on an unrelated matter. Inside Godfrey's vehicle, agents found several chemicals used in the production of meth. Godfrey was jailed under $400,000 secured bond.
