Search Warrant Executed on Washington Ave., Arrest Made

Algernon Chavez Johnson, 31, of 706 Horton Circle, Sanford, was arrested on 4-8-2009 for possession with intent to sell and deliver Crack Cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after county agents executed a search warrant at 908 Washington Avenue and discovered Johnson in possession of approximately 27 dosage units of Crack Cocaine and 60 grams of Marijuana. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $10,000.00 secured bond.
