Tommy Eugene Willingham, 35, of 5489 Deep River Road, was arrested on 4-9-2009 and charged with manufacturing Marijuana, maintaining a dwelling to store drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia after county drug agents conducted a search of his home and discovered an indoor hydroponic Marijuana growing system and items of paraphernalia. Agents seized a dozen Marijuana plants and a small amount of processed Marijuana. He was released under $5000.00 bond.
