Operation Bad Medicine Nets Another Arrest

William Boyd Strickland, 57, of 572 Turkey Branch Road, Fairmont, NC, was arrested on 1-25-2010 for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and trafficking opium and was the 12th person arrested in “Operation Bad Medicine”. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $300,000.00 secured bond.
