Three Arrested After Three Month Investigation



Three people have been arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division after a three month investigation. The investigation culminated in the execution of a search warrant at 1002 Broadway Road on 2-9-2011.

Agents seized various prescription pills including Percocet, Opana, Valium, Oxycodone, and Cocaine during the investigation.

As a result of the investigation and the search, agents arrested the following:

Loran Dale Rose, 26, of the home was charged with 2 counts of sell and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, sell and delivery of Cocaine, possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a jail facility, maintain a dwelling to store drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $30,000 secured bond.

Armando Cortez Martinez, 57, of 5013 North Pointe, Sanford, was charged with Conspiracy to Traffics Cocaine and was placed in the Lee County Jail under $12,000.00 secured bond.

James Henry Dunn, 57, of 928 Barker Road, Bear Creek, was charged with trafficking opium and possession of drug paraphernalia and was placed in the Lee County Jail under $50,000.00 secured bond.
