Drug Units Arrest Three

Wilmer De Jesus Cruz, 19, of 8704 Peach Tree Drive, Sanford, was arrested on 11-29-2012 for possession with intent to sell a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Lee County Drug Agents after being found in possession of several dosage units of Oxycodone. Cruz was placed in the Lee County Jail under $2500.00 secured bond.

John Erwin Battle Jr, 28, of 1408 Goldsboro Avenue, Sanford, was arrested on 11-29-2012 for possession with intent to sell Marijuana, possession of Drug Paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling to store drugs after a search of his home by Lee County Drug Agents. Battle was placed in the Lee County Jail under $5000.00 secured bond.

Shelby Antino Sellers, 43, of 213 Fifth Street, Sanford, was arrested on 11-28-2012 for Trafficking Opium, possession with intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, possession of a stolen Firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling to store drugs. Sellers was placed in the Lee County Jail under $100,000.00 secured.
