Armando Cortez Martinez, 59, of 5013 North Pointe, Sanford, was
arrested after a 6 week undercover operation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office
Narcotics Division and the NC State Bureau of Investigation. Martinez was
charged with trafficking Methamphetamine by Transportation, Trafficking
Methamphetamine by possession, possession with intent to sell Cocaine,
maintaining a vehicle to store drugs and
possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under
$300,000.00 secured bond.
