Half Dozen Arrested For Drugs

Joseph Glenn Thomas, 27, of 4424 Lee Avenue, Sanford, was arrested on 6-6-2013 by Lee County Drug Agents for trafficking Opium, possession with intent to sell, maintaining a vehicle to store drugs, Conspiracy to sell a Schedule IV (Alprazolam) controlled substance, and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $340,000.00 secured bond.

Gary Richard Bowman, 35, of 1629 Fire tower Road, Sanford, was arrested on 6-5-2013 by Lee County Drug Agents for conspiracy to sell a schedule IV controlled substance and attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud. He was placed in the Lee County jail under $5000.00 secured bond.

Kentreal Deshawn Quick, 20, of 207 N. 7^TH street, Sanford, was arrested on 6-6-2013 by Lee County Drug Agents for possession with intent to sell a schedule II controlled substance (Crack Cocaine), possession with intent to sell Marijuana, and maintaining a dwelling to store drugs. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $25,000.00 secured bond.

Demario Terance Melton, 26, of 423 Maple Ave, Sanford, was arrested on 6-6-2013 by Lee County Drug Agents for possession with intent to sell Crack Cocaine, maintaining a dwelling to store drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $15,000.00 secured bond.
