The Sheriff's department is investigating a rash of thefts where riding mowers are being stolen from locations throughout Lee County. Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious persons or activity immediately. Citizens with information regarding these thefts should contact our Criminal Investigative unit at 919-718-4563
The Sheriff's department is also investigating two recent shootings in the area of South Plank Rd. Anyone with information in regards to these incidents are urged to call 919-718-4563.
Rewards are being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons suspected of these crimes.
