Bear Creek Resident "Up the Creek" following Drug Arrest

Amanda Suzanne Garcia, 22, of 3446 Vander Oldham Road, Bear Creek NC, was arrested on 1-10-2014 for possession with intent to sell Cocaine, possession with intent to sell Marijuana, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped by Lee County Drug Agents on Post Office Road. Garcia was also served with an outstanding warrant from Forsyth County for failure to appear. She was held in the Lee County Jail under 1.5 million dollar bond.
