Drug Agents Net Two

On Wednesday February 19, 2014 agents of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Darrell Ray Alston 31, of 5017 Mockingbird Lane, Sanford. Alston was found in Possession with the intent to sell and distribute Suboxone which is a Schedule III controlled substance, possession with the intent to sell and distribute Alprazolam which is a schedule IV controlled substance, simple possession of marijuana, felony maintaining a motor vehicle for the purpose of storing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Alston was held on a $30,000.00 secured bond.

On Friday February 21, 2014 agents of the Lee County Sheriff’s office arrested Sidney Bernard Jennings 31, of 313 Church Street, Sanford. Jennings was found in possession of marijuana. Jennings was charged for possession with the intent to sell and distribute marijuana, felony maintain a motor vehicle for the purpose of storing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jennings was held on a $50,000.00 secured bond.
