James Levern Emerson, 41, of 3425 Meade Street, Sanford, was
arrested on 2-26-2014 for possession with intent to sell a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling to store drugs and possession of drug
paraphernalia after an investigation by members of the Lee County Sheriff’s
Office Narcotics Division. Emerson was released under $5000.00 bond.
