Lee County Sheriff’s Narcotics
agents arrested David Jonathan Brown and Jade Elizabeth Picard of 1309 Ray
Avenue Sanford NC 27330. Both Brown and Picard each were arrested for two
counts of trafficking opium by sale, two counts of trafficking opium by
possession, two counts of conspire to traffic opium, and two counts of
maintaining a dwelling that was used for keeping and selling a controlled
substance. Both Brown and Picard were jailed under a $600,000.00 secured bond.

Although these are two of the many individuals involved in this particular case, it is a job well done by Lee County Agents ... Way to go guys ... This was long over due !!!
