Drug Agents Arrest Two

On Friday December 19^th 2014 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested and charged Nicholas Marshall Poe age 21 of 1190 Thomas Kelly Road Sanford with possession of narcotics in a correctional facility. Poe was jailed under a $20,000.00 secured bond.

On Friday December 19^th 2014 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested and charged Omar Ruebeny Baylor age 31 of 811 Hillwood Street Sanford with 1 count of trafficking Opium (Percocet) by possession, 1 count trafficking Opium (Percocet) by sell, 1 count trafficking Opium (Percocet) by delivery, and 1 count of trafficking Opium (Percocet) by transportation. Baylor was jailed under a $120,000.00 secured bond.
