On Tuesday March 3, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents
arrested Billy Craig Carter, age 44 of 290 Family Farm Lane Sanford. Carter was
charged with 2 counts of possession of a firearm by felon, 1 count of
possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, 1 count of felony
maintaining a dwelling place for the storage of illegal controlled substance
and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carter was jailed under a $15,000.00 secured bond.
