Lee County Narcotics agents
arrested Dennis James Haire, age 26 of 520 Glenaire Drive Sanford.
Haire was charged with 1 count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Alprazolam a schedule IV controlled substance and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Haire was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
