After a year long investigation the Lee County Sheriff’s
Office assisted by, Moore County Sheriff’s Office, Federal Bureau of
Investigation and members of the North Carolina Internet Crimes Against
Children Task Force, served a search
warrant at 10:15 AM this morning on the residence of 2928 Nicholson RD and
found computers along w/ other media devices containing child pornography.
Investigators seized computers, phones and hard drives containing thousands of
images and videos.
Arrested on scene was Henry Alan Lee, W/M (46) of 2928
Nicholson Rd., Cameron, N.C. Lee was
charged w/ possessing and receiving child pornography. Lee was held under
$100,000 secured bond in Lee County Jail.
The case is still ongoing and will be referred to the United
States Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of North Carolina for federal
prosecution.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office has detectives assigned to
both the North Carolina Internet Crimes against Children Task Force as well as
the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Child Exploitation Task Force.
