On Friday April 10, 2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Office
Narcotics agents arrested Chelsea Catherine Forehand age 26 of 1345 Murchison
Town Road Sanford. Forehand was arrested on 1 count of possession with the
intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, sell and deliver Marijuana, felony
maintaining a vehicle for the storage of an illegal controlled substance,
non-assaultive child abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia. Forehand was
jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
On Friday April 10, 2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Office
Narcotics agents arrested John Charles Smith age 40 of 94 Pleasant Pines Lane
Broadway. Smith was arrested for driving while license revoked. Smith was
jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond.
