On Wednesday July 8th 2015 Lee County Narcotics
agents arrested Herman Zackery Foxx age 60 of 2256 Pilson
Road Sanford. After a near month long investigation Foxx was arrested and
charged with 3 counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver
Cocaine, 3 counts of maintaining a vehicle that was used for the storage and
sells of illegal controlled substance, and 3 counts of possession of drug
paraphernalia. While Foxx was being processed and jailed under $30,000.00
secured bond Lee County Narcotics agents executed a search warrant at the
residence of Foxx located at 2256 Pilson Road Sanford. Agents located two
shotguns, a rifle, and a pistol that agents discovered was reported stolen from
a Harnett County resident in the year 2013. Along with the firearms Lee County
Narcotics agents located and seized 14 grams of “crack” form Cocaine and
various other items of drug paraphernalia. In addition to the previously
mentioned charges, Foxx is charged with 1 count of possession with the intent
to sell and deliver Cocaine, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for
the storage and sells of illegal controlled substance, 1 counts of possession
of drug paraphernalia, 4 counts of possession of a firearm by convicted felon,
and 1 count of possession of a stolen firearm. Foxx is currently jailed under a
combined $60,000.00 secured bond.
