On Tuesday May 2nd 2017 Lee County Sheriff’s
Office Narcotics agents arrested Michael Ray Morris, age 65 of 3440 Pilson Road
Sanford, NC. Michael Ray Morris was arrested by agents at 1060
Saunders Road, Sanford.
Morris was charged with 2 counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, 2 counts of sell and deliver Cocaine, , 2 counts of felony maintaining a dwelling used for the purpose of storing and selling an illegal controlled substance, and 2 counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, ”on two previous but separate occasions”.
At the time of arrest agents, located an additional 10 dosage units of “Crack” form Cocaine in Morris’s possession. Separate from the initial arrest, Morris was charged with an additional count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine (namely 10 dosage units Crack form Cocaine), an additional count of felony maintaining a dwelling used for the purpose of storing and selling an illegal controlled substance and an additional count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Ray Morris was held under a $30,000.00 secured bond.
