On Saturday November 5th, 2017 Lee County
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Donnell Antonio Ballard Jr. age 28
of 2669 Mallard Cove Apartments, Sanford.
Ballard was found to be in possession of approximately 11 grams of Marijuana. Ballard was charged with 1 count of felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ballard was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
