11/5/2017 Javernest Demar Brooks (24) of 388 St.
Andrews Ch. Rd. Sanford was arrested for 2 cts of robbery w a dangerous weapon
and 2 cts 2nd degree kidnapping; he was held under $200,000 secured bond.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office also secured warrants for
arrest for James William (21)
of Sanford for 2 cts of robbery w dangerous weapon and 2 cts of 2nd
degree kidnapping. Anyone who may know William’s whereabouts are urged to call
the Lee County Sheriff’s Office @ 919-775-5531.
These charges stem from an armed robbery which occurred on
11/4/2017 at Lee Equipment Sales located at 1540 Tramway Rd. around 11:20AM.
Two men in the business were robbed of their wallets and phones.

Kevon Darrell Stanley (19) of 215 Upchurch Farm RD. Sanford was arrested for aid and abet robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon; he was held under $100,000 secured bond. (driver of green van)
