Multiple Arrests Following String of Burglaries

Lee County Sheriff’s Office Detectives have solved a string of burglary cases in the Pendergrass Rd. area which began in mid-April and have filed the following charges on the following individuals:

·       Gilbert D. Stone (48) of 813 Pendergrass Rd. Sanford 

3 cts of Breaking and entering, 3 cts of felony possession of stolen goods, 3 cts of felony conspiracy.

Held under $20,000 secured bond

·      William Howard Hughes III (29) of 813 Pendergrass RD. Sanford

Breaking and entering, felony larceny, felony possession of stolen goods, felony conspiracy

Held under $19,000 secured bond

·      Johnny Heyward Patterson (31) of 813 Pendergrass Rd. Sanford

3 cts of Breaking and Entering, 3 counts of felony larceny, 3 cts of possessing stolen goods, 3 cts of felony conspiracy.  Held under $70,000 secured bond

·       Andrew Tyler Yopp (26) Homeless

Breaking and entering, larceny possessing stolen goods and felony conspiracy.

Held under $10,000 secured bond.

·       Brenna Yopp (23) Homeless

Obtaining property by false pretenses.

Held under $5,000 secured bond

·      Jerry Evans Armstrong (59 ) Homeless

Obtaining property by false pretenses.

Held under $5,000 secured bond

·      Carla Hardee (34) of 707 Pendergrass Rd. Sanford

Obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny.

Held under $5,000 secured bond
