Sanford Man Out on Bond For Drugs Arrested... For Drugs

On 12-7-2018 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents arrested Timothy Leon Easterling, 57 years old of 304 Pyrant Road, Sanford NC for 2 counts of Sell Heroin, 2 counts Deliver Heroin, 2 counts of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver Heroin, and 2 counts of drug paraphernalia. Easterling was jailed under a $40,000.00 secured bond. 

Timothy Easterling of Sanford was arrested for the sale and delivery of heroin.

Easterling is currently out on bond from several trafficking heroin related charges from a previous investigation by Lee County agents. Easterling is expected in court on Monday December 10th at 9AM for the new heroin related charges.
