Wednesday afternoon April 17, 2019, Lee County Sheriff’s
Office narcotics agents executed a search warrant for drugs at the residence
located at 901 Cobb Ct., Sanford.
Upon entry to the residence, agents smelled a strong odor of marijuana throughout the residence. Agents began searching the residence and during the course of the search located 2 and ¾ pounds of marijuana, numerous sets of digital scales, 1 semi-automatic pistol, 1 semi-automatic rifle, and $1220.00 in U.S. currency.

Agents arrested Terry
Lopez McNeill Jr., age 33, of 901 Cobb Ct., Sanford, and processed McNeill for
1 count of felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver 1220 grams of
marijuana, one count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for the storage and
sales of a controlled substance, and one count of misdemeanor possession of
drug paraphernalia.
McNeill is jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
