John Willie Hawes III, age 38, of 511 Hickory Avenue, Sanford was arrested by agents, processed and charged with one count of felony possession of a controlled substance in a prison/jail facility, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hawes is jailed under an additional $5,000.00 secured bond.
