12/12/2019 An employee with Guard One Security of Fayetteville, NC reported while he was working as armed security at 2419 Jefferson Davis Hwy Sanford around 1:00 AM; he along with the business was robbed at gun point. Aubrey Lee Artis of Fayetteville reported 2 black males, 6’0 tall entered the business over took him and disarmed him at gun point. Artis reported the two suspects made entry into the office area and removed an undisclosed amount of cash. Artis reported after the robbery the manager closed the business and never reported to law enforcement. Artis reported this location is an electronic sweepstakes business. Artis’ duty weapon was stolen during this incident.
