Mashburn was processed and charged with two counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule II substance namely 32 dosage units of Opana (oxymorphone) which is an opioid pain medication, used to treat moderate to severe pain, along with two counts of selling and delivering the 37 dosage units of Opana.
Mashburn was released under a $15,000.00 unsecured bond.
