Agents discovered that Terry was unlawfully in possession of 14 dosage units of oxycodone. Terry was processed and charged with one count of trafficking opium, one count of felony maintaining a motor vehicle used for the storage and sales of a controlled substance and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Terry was jailed under a $100,000.00 secured bond.
