Fulmore was arrested at 105 Hunters Glenn apartments, and transported by agents to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Fulmore was processed and charged with two counts of felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver heroin, two counts of sell and deliver heroin, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Fulmore was jailed under a $25,000.00 secured bond.
