Agents Witness Drug Deal; Arrest Three

On Wednesday May 30^th 2018 Lee County Narcotics agents arrested 3 individuals in the parking lot area of the Circle K store located at 2602 South Horner Boulevard Sanford. Agents watched as an illegal transaction of controlled substance took place in the parking area nearest to the car wash. Agents located small amounts of crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, Suboxone and several scheduled prescription medications, along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia to include loaded syringes. 

Agents arrested Eric Daniel Bouwman age 40, of 2715 Sunnybrook Drive, Sanford for one count of felony possession of crystal methamphetamine, one count of felony possession of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Erica Leigh Willard age 33 of 1629 Firetower Road, Sanford, with one count of felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gary Richard Bowman age 40, of 1629 Firetower Road, Sanford, with one count of felony possession of Cocaine, one count of felony possession of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of a school and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric Bouwman was held under a $15,000.00 secured bond, Erica Willard was held under a $15,000.00 and Richard Bowman was held under a $5,000.00.
