Late Thursday, afternoon July 5th, 2018 Lee
County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Charles Alexander McLean age
28 of 1137 Willow Ridge apartments.
McLean was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while McLean driver’s license were suspended. In the course of the arrest, agents located approximately one gram of Heroin packaged in a clear plastic sandwich bag that McLean had attempted to conceal, between the driver’s seat and door area just prior to agents making contact with McLean.
McLean was transported, processed, and charged with, one count of driving while license suspended, one count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Heroin, one count of felony maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of storage and sales of an illegal controlled substance, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
McLean was jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
